Healings in Motion is a patient-driven non-profit agency that advocates for the best available stroke care, standard patient care and updated methodologies used by Emergency Medical Services and its representatives. We provide socially-conscious educational programs to increase stroke awareness. We also support Caregivers who play a vital role in long-term disabilities and chronic illness.
A blockage of oxygen to the brain is called a stroke. It is a "brain attack". Most people know what a "heart attack". is but are confused about stroke. We work to help everyone understand what a stroke really affects, the brain.
