After the LE&RN walk last year, I decided to become a LE&RN supporter and volunteer. I'm proud of the efforts our CA Chapter has made in less than a year. Through our chapter's efforts, the State of California proclaimed March 6 "Lymphedema Awareness Day" and the cities of San Jose, Pleasanton, Coronado, and Imperial Beach have followed suit.
We're at it again, bringing awareness to the community of Santa Monica and raising funds for lymphedema education and research at our annual 5k Run/Walk to Fight LE & LD.
I would love to have you join my team for the walk on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Oceanfront Walk in Santa Monica.
If you're unable to walk with us, your donation toward my goal would be SO appreciated!

Hi there, friend!
We are 54 days away from the 5th Annual CA Run/Walk to Fight Lymphedema. Thank you so much for joining Team Burrows.
I'm excited that you'll be joining us and wanted to let you know that we're planning some fun stuff, just for Team Burrows...but it's a secret :-)
I CAN share with you a few of the things about the event as we move father along with planning:
Once again, Kathy Bates will be kicking off the event. No promises, but last year, a couple of her celebrity friends showed up for the walk, too.
Representatives from our sponsoring compression companies AND Dr. Jay Granzow (lymphatic surgeon) will have tables for you to visit during the registration hour.
Your registration includes entry into our prize drawing, which is new this year.
