The 27th Annual Ellen's Run Team Fundraiser

The Ellen Hermanson Foundation ensures access to state-of-the-art breast health care and empowers people affected by cancer.

This is what your gift can do:

• $25 — Support a micro grant to help a breast cancer patient in need
• $50 — Provide bi-lingual support and navigation
• $120 — Provide a mammogram
• $500 — Donate to the emergency fund for breast health procedures
• $1000+ — Provide advanced technology at the Ellen Hermanson Breast Center

The money we raise --- together with donors like you --- provides for the following essential breast health services on the East End of Long Island:

• Advanced medical equipment at the Ellen Hermanson Breast Center at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital and locations in Hampton Bays and East Hampton.
• Free breast cancer screenings for uninsured or under-insured patients
• A full-time oncological social worker to provide group and individual therapy through Ellen’s Well, a free support and wellness program
• Funding for a Spanish-speaking bilingual, bicultural outreach worker and a bilingual social worker
• Emergency grants for diagnostic breast healthcare expenses
• Micro-grants to provide social support for struggling patients and families
• Funding for breast health programs in partnership with The Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center, OLA (Organización Latino-Americana of the East End), The Retreat, and The Shinnecock Health Center
