Dear Friends and Family, 

I am partnering once again with Vox Femina Los Angeles and raising money for VOX's Song Cycle Fundraiser.  I have pledged to walk/run a marathon between April 21st and May 5th--not all at once, but over the course of 10 days--while adhering to the social distancing rules currently in place in Los Angeles. 

Vox Femina Los Angeles has played a vital role in my life since I moved to the West Coast in 1999. I began singing with the ensemble in the 2000-2001 season, served 3 terms as a Singer Representative on the VFLA board a few years later, and was Treasurer of the organization for 10 years. Through my ever-evolving personal and professional life in LA, Vox Femina has provided a cornerstone, with wonderfully smart, supportive, diverse women who aspire to the highest level of artistry as an ensemble.  We continue to fulfill our mission by finding new ways to give voice to women, and for that I am most grateful.

As with other businesses and nonprofits, VOX Femina has been hit hard by COVID-19, causing cancellation our March and June concerts and a major April fundraiser.
