Welcome to our Triumph Fitness Pay it Forward Challenge Page!

By making a donation to Triumph, not only are you supporting someone you know who is currently enrolled in Triumph Fitness, but you are opening up the world of Triumph to another cancer survivor who needs our help.

Triumph Cancer Foundation is a Sacramento-based nonprofit whose mission is to recapture lives after cancer through exercise. A cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment takes a toll, both physically and mentally, on a survivor. Our Foundation offers the only exercise-based cancer recovery program in the Sacramento metro region, filling a gap in the cancer care protocol. Triumph Fitness is a 12-week group exercise program guided by our expert team of instructors, who are all certified cancer exercise specialists. Over the span of 12 weeks, participants slowly rebuild their strength, stamina and confidence in a safe haven with their fellow peers. After graduation, we offer continuing exercise-focused programs to participants. Triumph Fitness is offered at no cost to the participant, thanks to the generosity of private donors and corporate sponsorships and partners.

Our current Triumph Fitness participants are asking for your help in supporting Triumph, so that another survivor, just like them, might have the opportunity to enroll in Triumph Fitness. While our Foundation offers Triumph Fitness at no charge, it costs our Foundation $1,500 per participant for the 12-week program.
